Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom "Design Your Own" orders may take 3–5 business days to process due to production time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on your location)
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
  • Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Lumaexa is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
  • If a package is unclaimed or refused, no refund will be issued for shipping costs.

Lost Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first.
  • If your tracking has not updated for 30+ business days, contact us at lumaexastore@gmail.com and we will investigate or send a replacement.
