We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and we won't be able to cancel it.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We never store your credit card details and follow strict data privacy practices.

Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging in water for extended periods. Air dry flat — do not wring or twist.

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping.

Tracking updates can sometimes take 2–5 days to appear, especially for international orders. If there's no update after 7 days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

You'll receive your tracking number via email within 1–3 business days after placing your order, once it has been shipped.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

If the print quality doesn't meet our standards, please send us photos and we'll review your case. We stand behind our products and will make it right.
