We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and we won't be able to cancel it.

Tracking updates can sometimes take 2–5 days to appear, especially for international orders. If there's no update after 7 days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged item and email us at lumaexastore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement as quickly as possible.

If the print quality doesn't meet our standards, please send us photos and we'll review your case. We stand behind our products and will make it right.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Custom/personalized desk mats are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
